Yes — for custom work and full-day sessions, we ask for a non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The deposit is applied toward your final total. Walk-in flash pieces don't require one.

Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the night before. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed.

We'll give you personalized aftercare instructions tailored to your tattoo's size and style. Generally: keep it covered for a few hours, then wash gently with unscented soap and apply a thin layer of recommended ointment for several days. Avoid soaking, sun, and tight friction on the area.

Absolutely — cover-ups are one of our specialties. Bring in your old work and we'll discuss how to transform it into something you're excited to show off. Some older tattoos may need laser lightening first; we'll be honest about what's possible.

You must be at least 18 years old and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We cannot accommodate minors under any circumstances — it's the law and our policy.
